Rock'n'Roll, Politics and Everyday Life. Thursday, July 24, 2008. Ever wonder what the original business was that occupied one of the buildings in Olde Burien? Or how a neighborhood got it's name? And who's that park named after? There is a group that can provide that information and more right here in Burien. The Highline Historical Society. They are the local citizens that volunteer their time to collect, interpret and catalogue the photographic, printed and oral history of Highline's people and places.
