Feeding your life for health and happiness. Comfort eating is generally thought to be a bad thing. It’s what we do when we’ve had a bad day or are feeling a bit low and use food, typically something unhealthy, to indulge ourselves in the hope that it will make us feel better. A whole slab of chocolate can immediately satiate a foul mood but afterwards it’s not surprising to feel a bit sick. But perhaps there is a kind of comfort eating that can be a good thing.
