Zest and juice of 3 oranges. 1 cup dry red wine. 1 Tablespoon minced fresh ginger. 1/2 cup brown sugar. 1 Tablespoon Chinese five spice powder. 1/2 cup minced crystallized ginger. Combine all ingredients except the zest and crystal ginger. Cook until berries are soft, add crystal ginger and zest then cook another minute or two.
