To be honest, I think I just didn’t have the willpower to drop the carbs so drastically during the induction period. But then, a successful eating plan for life. Shouldn’t really need much willpower. I love what i eat. Don't just look at it, EAT it! April 16, 2013 2 Comments. Okay, back to my post. I am a total slacker, it has been too long since my last post. I hope you don’t mind, it’s been crazy hectic. I love avocados. I hope you do too. They have fat in them but they are ‘good’ fats. Help to protect your heart against heart disease. The also have vitamins and minerals including vitamin K, C, E, and B6 and folate and potassium. A small handful of kale or spinach. A handful of walnuts or pine nuts.
