My favorite meal of the day! 1/4 c diced red peppers. 1 slice canadian bacon. 1/3 c mozzerela cheese. Mix eggs together in a cup and cook like an omelet. Add your fav. seasons to it. Cook all other ingredients in a pan until done. Take omelet out on plate. Put veggies on top. Top with Cheese. Fold over and top with salsa. 1/4 c diced red peppers. 1/4 c green peppers.

Friday, August 28, 2009. These are whole wheat blender pancakes. Betsie's friend kicked them up a notch by exchanging some of the ingredients to make them even more wholesome. Here is her. I doubled the batch I made. They are so good to freeze and then just grab out and go. I usually just grab one and eat it on the way to work with a healthy shake.
