My Progress in Achieving Personal Fitness. Monday, June 1, 2009. 12 week Starting Now. Last night my brothr-in-law talked to me about fitness and proper portions in eating. So, I'm starting a 12 week lifestyle change with him. Today is the first day. 1- No carbs within 5 hours of bed. 2- Five small meals a day within 12 hour period. 3- 2 Portions of your choice per meal (either protein and carb, protein and veg, or. Pasta is my pitfall. Over the last twelve months or so, since I started this blog, I have gone down to 228.5 pounds!
