Rushers in Vienna: Ethiopia photos
http://rushersinvienna.blogspot.com/2009/10/ethiopia-photos.html
Tuesday, October 20, 2009. I finally got around to uploading my photos from Ethiopia over the weekend. You can see all of the photos here: Alisha's Ethiopia photos on Flickr. So, we didn't see a whole lot, but here are a few tidbits from our trip. One evening we went to an Ethiopian restaurant where we had injera and wot and watched traditional dances and musicians. Injera is a spongy bread, similar to a pancake. It's used to pick up and eat wot, which is any type of stew. Injera and wot at Yod Abyssinia.

Rushers in Vienna: blah blah blah
http://rushersinvienna.blogspot.com/2009/11/blah-blah-blah.html
Sunday, November 1, 2009. Have you noticed my absence lately? While chatting with my other sister last week we found out that all three of us were planning on making the same thing for my dad. I guess we look at the same blogs. Not to worry girls, I already have something else planned. On a completely unrelated topic, I help a woman with her grocery shopping every week and she's always saying the funniest things. Unintentionally, of course. I can't decide which of the following is funnier. Mom, Ill try t...

http://rushersinvienna.blogspot.com/2010/01/handmade-holidays.html
Sunday, January 3, 2010. My younger sister Christy told me that my blog has been rather lacking lately. I kindly reminded her that I had been updating the private blog, but she didn't seem satisfied. So I decided to blog all about our handmade holidays before she has a chance to blog about it. That'll teach her to complain! Here are some of my favorites. M received two really cute books. Amber made a quiet book she called "Let Me Do It! Here are a two pages from "Let Me Do It! Bend the Rules with Fabric.

Toluca Bound: Cow Tipping
http://christiglasco.blogspot.com/2009/02/cow-tipping.html
Tuesday, February 3, 2009. There have been several instances since I've been here where I thought to myself, "Only in Mexico." Random activities, things seen, and even things people do have me thinking this phrase. But I think today takes the cake. Only in Mexico :). Yeah a cow in the road in Molalla and everyone would stop and get out and try to rope it. lol. February 4, 2009 at 5:47 PM. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).
