Stamping Sara: November 2012
http://www.stampingsara.com/2012_11_01_archive.html
Thursday, November 15, 2012. Where does the time go? It seems like I looked up one day and Halloween was already here. In other sad new, my LSS, Felicia's Scrapbooks is closing after six years. I have loved teaching at the store and I will miss it greatly. She has personal reasons for closing but I am sure if more people chose to buy local rather than from the big box store, she would be able to stay open. Posted by Sara P. Links to this post. Stamping Sara: May 2014

Thursday, May 29, 2014. I had the opportunity to try out one of Karen Burniston's new dies with Elizabeth Crafts. I tried out the Katie Label. I had fun playing with this pivot card. I combined the die with some Graphic 45 paper and Tim Holtz products to create a very masculine card. Posted by Sara P. Links to this post. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Thursday, October 31, 2013. Scrapbook Thursday- Roasted Wieners and S'mores. I love how this layout turned out. The papers were perfect for the pictures. I am quite proud of my flames and logs. I used a cut off a Slice cartridge and then set to shading and embellishing it. As cute as the main course turned out, the dessert was even better. Paper: Bobunny (patterned) Bazzill (cardstock). Other: Slice (fire) Ranger (fired brick, rusty hinge, mustard seed ink) Liquid Applique. Posted by Sara P. I have the o...

Stamping Sara: September 2013
http://www.stampingsara.com/2013_09_01_archive.html
Sunday, September 29, 2013. It has been a while since I posted. We have had a very busy summer and the school year has been challenging for me! I did get to attend a scrapbook retreat after Labor Day so now my creative mojo has been rejuvenated. On to my layout. The colors are dark and did not photograph well. The letters pop much better in real life than they do in this photo. Sometimes I forget about tools I have like my nesting dies. They make a quick and easy journaling block. Posted by Sara P.

Stamping Sara: Scrapbook Thursday--Wildlife Park
http://www.stampingsara.com/2013/11/scrapbook-thursday-wildlife-park.html
Thursday, November 7, 2013. Scrapbook Thursday- Wildlife Park. How to get more photos on a layout is always a problem. I often resort to creating a photo block. This time I just made the entire second page a photo block. I also used the random memory stamp on this layout. I like the numbering possibilities. I tried to break the block up with a border around it and some more random memories. Posted by Sara P. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Little bitty bird revisited.
