Sunday, May 03, 2015. I realized that my life is a good one and I should spend some time in reflection and gratitude for the good life that I have. So even though my brothers and sisters sometimes irritate me and I have to go for acupuncture, take TCM and have osteopathy sessions, I have to take a deep breath and think peaceful thots. Saturday, February 28, 2015. This is me after my osteopath appointment. It was ok. Adrian massaged my legs and I let him. It was not too bad. He told san that it is good to release the tension that is there even though I am not a climbing cat. I prefer just to sit and stare and nap. I dun think my brother would allow san to do it. She would have to sneak up on him and she is no ninja. It's time to nap while san waits for our special taxi. From this time on its Saturday Easy for us. Time to look my best.

Wednesday, December 31, 2014. Akira 0.1 (10) and Bujang 1.0 (5) Acupuncture Protocol. At home I see him running about with Tanaka but he no longer jumps up on things as much as before. It may be his back pain is affecting him and he cannot jump up as much but at least he is running about although for shorter periods of time. A: I will try san but I don't promise. Sunday, May 17, 2015. Easy Peasy and Jeffrey. It is my duty to do today's post as it concern Jeffrey. I knew him from the time I was a commcat myself. Jeffrey went to his 3rd adoption event at the 'Old is Gold' do. San and another friend C got lost because of poor instructions given by the organizers and got to the event one hour from the time they were supposed to be there.
