I was very happy to be able to join this great autumn hike organized by the scouts of the University of Oulu. It was about to be the most coulourful time of the year. Abisko, our destination, is located in the northest part of Sweden just next to the Norwegian border. I might write some story later. But in Finnins you can read our group's diary from here.

From Kilpisjärvi it's more than easy to visit Norway and the ice cold Artic Sea. It's about 50-km-long descend to the windy shores of Lyngen fiord which is located 500 m's lower than Kilpisjärvi. Kilpisjärvi, Lapland 29.12 -. Above] We were lucky to see bright aurora borealis i.e. Northern Lights. Above] 10:40 am. The blue darkness will vanish soon.
