Serving Fern Bluff, Oak Brook and Stone Canyon. Friendly Oaks Park, 2.51 acres, also includes a playscape, swings, exercise station, drinking fountain, and an open play space. Residents may reserve the 16’ X 16’ covered pavilion at Friendly Oaks Park for their event, free of charge. For more information, contact the Fern Bluff Community Center at 512-238-0606. Contained in the park is a karst by the name of Water Tank Sink. Which is an environmentally protected area, surrounded by an iron fence.

The Fern Bluff MUD is under Stage 1 Mandatory Water Restrictions due to low lake levels. This is a twice weekly outdoor watering schedule. If you choose to water your yard, it must be on one (or both) of your allowed watering days, and not between the hours of 10 am and 7 pm See below for the watering days.
