Monday, September 14, 2009. 2 (14 oz.) cans of quartered artichoke hearts, drained and chopped fine(not marinated). 2 1/2 cups mayonnaise. 1/2 cups thinly minced scallions. 2 can green chilies. 1 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan. 1 cup mozzarella finely shredded. 1 1/2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice, or to taste. 3 tsp Red Hot sauce, or to taste. 6 roasted whole jalapenos. 1/4 cup of Panko Bread Crumbs (topping). Tuesday, June 2, 2009. Our Home Away From Home! Poor little thing, didn't get to eat food for three days so we gave him his favorite spaghetti and as you can see he enjoyed it greatly! This was a couple days before going home. He was being more and more like himself. He absolutely loves his blankies! The little Mister had to have another surgery on the 13th of May! My Mother in law is a Godsend! I was strengthened and rejuvanated. I learned so much about marriage and family it was amazing!

Tuesday, December 29, 2009. So as the year closes, I realize what I crappy job I've done at blogging! My intentions were that every time I would come check other people's blogs, that I would also make that effort - but of course you can tell that didn't happen. So my new 2010 goal (I don't want to call it a New Year's resolution cause who really follows through with those for the year - I only make it a month, ok, maybe a week? Hmm I'll have to think that over. ANY IDEAS? Now what to do for New Years?
