A chronicle of our adoption journey to the Guangxi Province of China, to bring our daughter Frances home to Michigan. Thursday, May 19, 2011. Two of our favorite parks are Wedgwood Park in Grandville, and a park on Monroe, north of Michigan Street, near the Seventh Street Bridge. At three, Frances is into going down slides. It's her thing. She's scared of swings and won't have anything to do with them, but slides she enjoys. She especially loved the tube slide at Wedgwood Park. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

A chronicle of our adoption journey to the Guangxi Province of China, to bring our daughter Frances home to Michigan. Saturday, October 30, 2010. A visit from Nei-Nei. Wilda came and visited us for Halloween, and it was a great opportunity for Frances to get re-acquainted with her Nei-Nei. Since the weather was sunny (but a bit cold) we went for a walk down the pier at Grand Haven. Here are Frances and Nei-Nei at a farmer's market in Grand Haven, shopping for apples to make applesauce. Picnic at the park!
