Monday, January 30, 2012. Its a good thing they're not spoiled. Julian brought his rocking horse out of the bedroom to sit on while he ate snack in front of the TV. The boys are having so much fun together. We got out the train that Andrew got for his 2nd birthday last week and of course Julian loves it too. He is not big enough to push the peddle yet, so Andrew enjoys sitting on the back and helping. Monday, August 1, 2011. Friday, June 3, 2011. Happy 1st birthday Julian. Aw, where did the cake go!

Friday, July 30, 2010. Father's Day and the Fourth of July. But first, just lots of cute time. Andrew has a huge mass of grey playdoh. He loves to mix the colors, but doesn't really understand that they can't be unmixed for next time. At least he loves grey playdoh! Julian was a bit colicy for weeks 3-6. It may or may not have been due to sensitivity to dairy in the maternal diet, but he is doing a bit better now. He still cries, but not for hours every time he eats. Cute and cuddly and a bath. Sunday, November 14, 2010. I had Veteren's Day as a holiday from work and was able to take it on Friday instead, giving me the guilty pleasure of a day alone with Julian while big brother was in preschool. We thought this was the perfect time to introduce Julian to solid foods. His doctor strongly suggested waiting until 6 months, but we thought 5 1/2 months was pretty close, and he just seemed, well, ready. Come on Mom, I'm so hungry I could eat these toys! Monday, August 1, 2011. Since Julian was about 11 months old, still 0 as Andrew would say, he has been perfecting the art of antagonizing Andrew. Andrew still likes to have his Ellie and kitty when he watches tv. Julian loves to go up take them and run away laughing! He did this before he could walk by going around and around the coffee table. It is the funniest thing to see. Julian laughs and Andrew screams. Of course if Andrew fails to notice, Julian drops it and walks away. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Wednesday, June 30, 2010. In the first three days that Julian was home, he made two visits to the "newborn club", a place in the hospital where you can take your newborn to be assessed for weight gain and jaundice.
