Families for International Children is a non-profit support group for families who have adopted internationally or trans-ethnically. Our main support activity is Heritage Camp, an all-volunteer-run day camp for internationally and trans-ethnically adopted children and their siblings that celebrates the many cultures that they come from. June 29, 2015. One year ago on June 29th, we officially became A-frame. Built in 1964, and purchased from the grandson of the original builders, it was filled with all sorts of cobwebs and pink shag carpeting, but we could see it still had loads of charm. She wore her headband through most of the day, until it got "too cold". The weather dropped and off went her fox ears and on the coat and we went on a walk.
