VINTAGE MTB: January 2013
http://vintagemountainb.blogspot.com/2013_01_01_archive.html
Vintage mountain bikes, modifications, dirt touring and riding. Thursday, January 31, 2013. That sweep back, so good. Thursday, January 24, 2013. Night ride, tight ride. Stoked to have made it out tonight for a little night ride. The Sanyo/lumotec dynamo set up worked great, but truthfully paled in comparison to my buddy's Cygolite Metro 300 usb rechargeable dude. That thing is crazy bright! My little Lumix doing it's best to shoot at night.gives a little drunk blur to everything. Sunday, January 13, 2013.

I measured the chainstays at 480mm. Nice long horizontal dropout. And for reference the rack mount and cable stop on the Grizz. Sunday, May 4, 2014. It's been a while old blog buds, but I'm not dead. I've been using instagram more these days for quick ride pics, which you can find at macadamian devil.

http://vintagemountainb.blogspot.com/2013_10_01_archive.html
Vintage mountain bikes, modifications, dirt touring and riding. Sunday, October 27, 2013. Heading up. Some weird fog thing brewing in the background. Heading down Eldrigde. A little bumpy for my narrower virtually treadless tires. I rode with a bunch of folks in Santa Cruz last weekend who were killing it on 28s and 32s but I guess I'm just spoiled after riding big knobby 2.3 inchers. I was envious of Mark's wide supple 2.35" small block 8's. Sunday, October 20, 2013. Sunday, October 13, 2013. It's been ...

Notice the rear brake placement, early mtb designers wern't the first ones to try the chainstay mount. Awesome CLB centerpull with brazed on studs.

Vintage mountain bikes, modifications, dirt touring and riding. Tuesday, April 16, 2013. Half Moon Bay overnighter. We managed to make it out for an overnighter this weekend. I really enjoy these quickly planned trips, especially when you can carry almost no food and just roll into town for a burrito and beer from the campsite. More to explore here. Next day we caught this trail up to Skyline on our way to Palo Alto. Super elfy redwood gnar here. Tempted by this pool. Monday, April 8, 2013. Simple templa...
