Santa Cruz Homeless Community Alive and Restless. November 1, 2010 @ 4:37 am posted by Moss. Wells Fargo Parking Lot in Santa Cruz. This past weekend the homeless were camped out at the Wells Fargo in Santa Cruz. Some brought their own tents others slept in the spacious back entry way. Some park their vehicles and sleep in them. As the picture shows the landscaping is very nice and the homeless feel very comfortable here.
