What is a fiddleharpa? What is a fiddleharpa? Glenn Greene playing one of his handmade fiddleharpas. A fiddleharpa is a variation on the Swedish Nyckelharpa: a stringed instrument dating back to the fourteenth century. It consists of sixteen total strings: four are bowed, and twelve are resonant.
