Wednesday, August 18, 2010. I am ALWAYS on the hunt for a new recipe! I recently came across this one, and thought I'd try it. We LOVED it! So If you have an adventurous side and like to try new things then give this a whirl. 4 boneless skinless chicken breast. 1 pkg taco seasoning mix. 3-4 potatoes, peeled, thinly sliced. 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/4 cup sour cream (optional).
