Wednesday, March 24, 2010. 2 years ago today. Lily was placed in our arms. At that point she was a frightened little girl who cried whenever we put her down and could walk, but barely. She had never heard a word of English and was scared of anything new. Is our post from that day. In two short years, Lily has grown from this. Love the change. She is growing so beautifully! Wednesday, January 13, 2010. Black and White Wednesday. I'm joining in on a new thing started by Lisa. To work on B&W processing. Thursday, February 4, 2010. Two years ago today, we received "the call" and saw Lily's face for the first time. I remember the excitement so clearly. Sunday, September 27, 2009. Lily woke up on her 3rd birthday and said to me "I 3? While holding up her fingers). Tuesday, June 30, 2009. China Travel Group Reunion. Besides finding a place that could accommodate all of us, Stephanie did an amazing job planning fun activities and making sure we were all well fed and comfortable. Wednesday, January 27, 2010. Last week Dylan let me do a very quick photo shoot in exchange for some kind of bribery. I used my favorite shot for my project 365 (see it here. However, I didn't really do much with any of the others, so I figured I'd try it in black and white. Here is the original SOOC. I can't get enough of that toothless smile. He has had it for a LONG time - he lost his first top tooth last April and the second in June! Since then he has lost 2 more teeth that have already grown back in!
