I have amassed a large High Elf army but there are just nights that I wake up to drum beats and distant war chants. It doesn't take long before I realised my calling to Shrek 4 and the greenskin 'ogres' (they look like orcs to me haha). Of miniatures and wargaming. Tuesday, August 11, 2015. Dark Angels WIP: Deathwing Venerable Dreadnought. I've been under the weather a lot lately, and the streak has not been stopping. I'm thinking I need more exercise. But hobbying has not stopped much as I paint up one of the few metal miniatures I have in my collection. The Venerable Dreadnought is finally seeing paint after almost 10 years! And I've painted him in the colors of the Deathwing for my Dark Angels army in celebration of the new Codex.

Of miniatures and wargaming. Monday, March 2, 2015. Respite approaches and I'm trying to keep the flames of hobbying alive. I did a quick paint up today on a rare occassion I came home earlier than usual from work. I've had this Eldar miniature from Chapterhouse Studios for a few years and decided to give it a lick or two of paint. Instead of losing the only living unit in a sea of yellow and blue, I wanted him to be more visible. Hope everyone has had a good Monday. March on to the end of the week :).

Not much green armor in this force as it will be mainly Deathwing and Ravenwing Formations. I've been quite under the weather for a while with Nurgle's Blessings. Now back in the saddle to assemble and to paint :). I mixed in and converted some of the Terminators from the Dark Vengeance box set. I'm slowly replacing my metal Terminator minis.
