Ingredients for the Frosting. 8Tbsp (1 stick) butter, softened. 2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder. 3 cups powdered sugar, sifted. 1/3 cup whole milk, plus more if needed. 2 tsp pure vanilla extract.

It was Presleigh's birthday week - yes, week. Her birthday was on the 1st - so we had presents in the morning, brought lunch at school, left early for an appointment (with AMC 30 to see Justin Bieber - who also was having a birthday on the 1st. Cool, isn't it? As always, the recipe will be on the page to the right.

Saturday, January 1, 2011. So Long, Farewell, Auf Weidersehn, Goodbye. Since only four responses have been logged for the survey, I'm guessing that this blog has run its course and I won't be continuing this year. I'm not sad about it, though - it was a good exercise for me and I learned a lot through this experience!
