Chair Exercise Class at Southport Community Centre takes place every Wednesday at 1pm delivered by FiftyFiveFit. Especially suitable for those with arthritis, osteoporosis, asthma, hypertension, high cholesterol, lower back pain, and diabetes. I deliver Chair Exercise and Falls Prevention classes to Care Homes and Community Groups in the north Sefton area.
