In a bowl toss: cooked high quality pasta (cold), sardines without the oil, cucumbers in cubes, red onion in small cubes, peaches in cubes, fresh mint, fresh basil, a sprinkle of balsamic vinegar, lime juice, freshly ground pepper and a little bit of grated fresh ginger root. Simple cuisine from a sunny little kitchen in San Miguel de Allende. Pasta fresca al salmon affumicato. Pasta fresca al salmon affumicato here made with ravioli al funghi porcini (mushroom). It can be made with any fresh pasta, such as Tagliolini (long, thin cylindrical pasta). 1- Cut the smoked salmon (100 gr for 300 gr of fresh pasta) in small strips and place flat on a plate. Sprinkle with the juice of half a lemon. Serve with an arugula salad topped with extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice.

Aunque crecí viendo a mi mamá cosiendo y coleccionando la revista, para mí fue la primera vez usando los patrones de Burda. El correo suele ser asi de lento en los primeros 2 o 3 meses del año.) YaaY!
