After finding your 3RM reduce weight to:. 3RM: 175#, failed on the 3rd rep at 200#. 75% of your 1RM: perform 1 minute of max reps with no pace. Recording only the weight at 75% and number of reps. Reps = 11 did not go for the whole min just until I dropped. 10 minute time cap.
