So I was driving in my car earlier today, rocking out to Phil Collins on Heart FM (as you do), and up popped an advert for a low-cost gym (I think the offer was for a monthly membership of £10.99) with "over 50 free classes per week! And over 220 pieces of fitness kit and machines and some other blah blah blah stuff. But it's nonsense - all of it. These types of gym are not a solution to a problem for anyone, in any way, shape of form.
