Adventures of a Dizzy Spinner. Having fun raising two kids and crafting in my (non-existent) spare time. Monday, June 14, 2010. It's (Almost) Baby Time. So, things are not quite going as planned in babyland. Lingo (baby) is "due" today, but has decided to be stubborn and make himself comfortable. (oh, the fun.). Because of this, we've scheduled an induction beginning Thursday. This means that Jonathan will probably make his appearance around Friday. Labels: Lingo baby induction pregnancy.

I had my 12 week ultrasound on Monday, and everything is looking good. My estimated due date is June 14, 2010. The baby's heart beat was 169 bpm. Dave is THRILLED; I am thrilled. I am also sick. I've had morning sickness for what seems like forever now, but I am doing okay besides that. Labels: baby ultrasound pics.

So, it's not actually the reason that I haven't posted, but I've been busy with a new hobby. I am now making my own yarn. Don't get me wrong, I'm not spinning all my yarn, most of it will make some interesting projects, and I'm spinning 3 different spindles now, so I've only finished one mini skein. I ran in to the Flying J and bought some silicone repair tape, and I tried to tape the thing together the best I could. It wasn’t very good, though, because I could barely reach the hose, and there just wasn’t much left to tape together. I tried driving it, but it started overheating again after just a few minutes. It looked like we were stuck there. Why did it take them an hour and a half to find that out?
