Another Filipino Dish favourite. 1 whole fish, cleaned. 1 pc red bell pepper (red capsicum). 1 medium size onion, slice. 3 ripe tomatoes, sliced into small pieces. 1 medium size carrots, slice into strips. Ginger, slice into strips. 4 cloves garlic, crushed or minced. One pinch whole peppercorn.

Monday, 20 July 2015. 500 g chicken breast diced fillets. 3 cloves crushed garlic. 200 ml thickened cream. 2 teaspoon cornflour ( blend with 2 tbsp water). Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Add oil, chicken and garlic. Cook until chicken turns brownish in color. Pou over cream and cook, stirring oftenfor 5 mins. Add the cornflour and water blend.

Cheddar cheese for toppings. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, yeast, butter, milk, egg and water. Mixed thoroughly. Steam for about 20 minutes.
