Creatively filling freezers since 2009. Monday, January 4, 2010. Recipe: shredded salsa pork. 2 pounds boneless pork shoulder. 1 onion, chopped. 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles. 1 cup chunky style salsa. 2 Tablespoons brown sugar. 1 Tablespoon soy sauce. Place pork in slow cooker. Top with remaining ingredients and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until pork pulls apart easily. Then remove pork and pull apart with two forks. Return meat to crock pot and stir to combine with sauce. Posted by Jenny Schick.
