Yeah, it is similar to the hulk II. they coped the superhulk technology thing-formula and made a second hulk who was if i remember correctly, yellow-brown, slightly bigger, and with lots more spikes. a hornier hulk. and ultimately, you just realise that you really do prefer the green dude in purple pants.
