A spacious comfortable drawing room with French doors leading out to a terrace with dramatic views towards the village of Nijar, the mountains and the distant coast. A Moorish style television room is next to the drawing room. Light and airy dining room with an outside eating area under a jasmine covered pergola. A large well equipped kitchen includes two large fridges with freezer compartments, ample workspace, gas hob with 6 rings, electric oven and dishwasher. Two twin bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.
