I could write 2947493 pages about just what it took to get to the start-line. The delayed flight (HOW WILL I MAKE MY CONNECTING FLIGHT? Lost hotel reservation, boxed in car on race morning, forgetting my wetsuit and sunglasses at the hotel, and nearly not making it back to the start before the road closed!
