Thursday, July 24, 2008. Ok, so here goes the finding balance question of the season. I have three goals in mind, one to balance teaching, research and clinical practice, one is to get ready to go back to school in Sep 2009, and one is to not be too crazy, so I can enjoy my husband and our new life together. Sunday, January 20, 2008. This is my first stab at blogging, so bear with me. So many of my friends do it so thought it would be worth a shot. I'm a nurse practitioner by trade and teach nurses to do what I do for a living. In general the younger and smaller you are, the more I like you. On the side I sing in a church choir and love my kitties, and will talk about them to no end. I buy things to decorate my house or office supplies when stressed - which I am this week due to a bad week at work.

Thursday, August 7, 2008. What, you ask, was I doing on my way to work? Well I pulled out the drawer where I keep the stockings, and guess who was in there? How did he get into a closed drawer? I have no idea. Lucky I DID open the drawer to get stockings out or he would have been in there for a llooonnngg time. Because he's a kitten and that's what they do. Open it. And she's taken to under the bed as of late. And carries a ribbon around. And clearly has abandonment issues that I need to deal with.

Saturday, December 29, 2012. So, we took the house. It's definitley bigger than the one across the road. And, the only disadvantage to it is the lack of upstairs loo LOL. I sometimes think my friends idea of a bucket is a good one! However, let me share some photo's. Please excuse the mess but it's Christmas and we've got presents all over the place. Once the kids are back at school it will be tidy again LOL. Our bedroom- Can really only stand up at the end of the bed! Our stairs- see how steep they are?
