Tuesday, March 24, 2009. I called the doctor today to schedule my yearly check up. I'm getting so frustrated. I've been eating well. But the scale is not budging. So I'm going to have some blood work done. Maybe it's my thyroid, or something else.Maybe it is like my gyno says "You know you are getting older, and as we grow older (she just turned 30) our metabolism's change." Saturday, March 28, 2009. Ugh, I'm so very, very cranky. I can't entirely put my finger on it but I think the following may have something to do with it. During this visit which spanned from late morning to late afternoon.carrots, water and tea were offered. That's right NO LUNCH. Grrrrrr. I'm severely depressed, more a situational, rather than a chemical depression I do believe, but never the less depressed. It dawned on me the other day that I haven't been depressed since I was in high school. Two people, friends, who don't see me often.within a week of each other.commented on my mood and asked me what was wrong. One flat out told me that I'm depressed. June 16, 2009 at 7:28 AM. I've been doing some deep soul searching trying to figure out why I've been packing on the pounds.well here's the list. I'm not laying blame, no one is putting a gun to my head but the thought process that gets me to there.we'll it's good to digest (no pun intended) by seeing the reasons that are floating through my head. A finicky toddler who's momma hates to waste food.
