Let food be thy medicine, and medicine be thy food. I've had a cold for the past couple of days, and still do. So the emphasis has been on using food as medicine, and trying to stay warm. I wanted to share two of my absolute favorite recipes that I've been enjoying at home yesterday and today. First, one that I've already shared in the past, but slightly modified: Super Potion! 1 tsp cayenne pepper. 1 tbsp turmeric powder. 1 tbsp ginger powder. 1/2 lemon, squeezed. Big cup warm water. 1/2 lemon, squeezed.
