February 7, 2018. 1) We are middle aged sisters, the child we parent together is 20 now (type 1 diabetic) and not always a ray of sunshine. 2) We love food (which is why we are always dieting to try to lose weight). 3) We are not famous, we don’t have a lot of friends, we don’t have a lot of money (we are a paycheck to paycheck household). 4) We really suck at being fake so what you see if what you get most days.

Moxie – The ability to face difficulty with spirit and courage. Teddy and Tyson or TnT. Fruit dip/ Fruit pizza. 1 jar of marshmallow fluff. 1 8 oz. block of cream cheese. 1 tsp of vanilla. In large bowl mix the cream cheese until smooth then split the vanilla bean in half scraping out the beans. Add the vanilla and marshmallow fluff and mix until all ingredients are incorporated. Start out with 6-8 potatoes and slice them very thin ( I used a mandolin but PLEASE be careful I have cut myself so many times with those contraptions). Soak the potatoes in water for about 10 minutes to over night. Drain out the water. Get a sheet pan cover with non-stick aluminum foil. Start layering your potatoes.
