Finding My Way at Home. Monday, January 24, 2011. Menu Plan Monday - January 24th. Wow it’s been a tough month. Holiday bills are coming in, the car died and needed replacing, property taxes are due, we’ve got 2 feet of snow with more to come, the heat pipes in the basement froze (thankfully we were able to thaw them), one of the garage doors has a snapped coil, and then the truck wouldn’t start this morning (it’s 3 degrees outside). 8211; Kielbasa, Pierogies, Roasted Cauliflower.
