Laquo; I am overwhelmed. I have a raging sinus/respiratory infection. My face feels like it is going to explode from the sinus pressure. I’m on all sorts of medication. I stupidly came back to work today after 3 sick days. I can’t breathe and I’m in a lot of sinus pain. So, needless to say, I haven’t worked out at all this week. But I haven’t been overeating either.
