Saturday, February 9, 2013. Happy Birthday Emma and Alyssa! I can't believe how quickly our girls are growing up! Emma was 7 on January 24, and Alyssa will be 10 on February 16 - one week from today. We did a combined birthday party for them last weekend, and the girls had a great time! They had friends included in their special day, and we had cupcakes and a bouncy house for the afternoon. We went to Gatlinburg with Josh for the weekend, and everyone had a great time - the girls played, swam, rode rides, and really enjoyed spending time with their brother. Sunday, June 3, 2012. LiYang is such a sweet young girl, and loves to take pictures - she also loves to draw pictures. She drew the two below this weekend - the first is of herself, the second one is of our friends youngest, who turned 6 on Friday. She is also very photogenic. The girls are enjoying being out of school and spending time together just being silly. I love to see them so happy together. I cannot wait for them to find out that we are going to Disneyworld! After a rocky start (being iced in at the DFW airport and having to spend the night sleeping at the airport), we had a wonderful vacation. Thursday, August 15, 2013. Happy Gotcha Day, Emma! Tuesday, August 13 was the 6th anniversary of the day we became parents to our first daughter, Emma Grace. What an amazing six years, and what an amazing little girl! We are so blessed to be her family. She is outgoing, smart, loves her family, and love Jesus.
