If you are a swapper, you might want to ask your swap organizer if they are using it. I do think if you are a swap mama and are allowing people that are on the naughty (several times/repeat offenders), you need to be upfront and communicate that to your swappers. They should be given all the information before they spend their resources (time and money). Here is your sign.

Thursday, May 16, 2013. Operation No Mo Muffin (Frances Does the SHRED Diet). Early last year I lost 20lbs and had implemented my NEW "healthy lifestyle". I finally figured out what worked best for MY body. I knew what I needed to eat, how often I needed to workout and what combination of workouts worked best in order for me to maintain. THEN winter happened! Not only did I start eating poorly I worked out maybe once per week and well of course.the return of the 20lbs! The start of 2013 was NO BUENO!
