Tuesday, February 7, 2012. Working Fitness Goal List. Do a pull up. Do 5 pull ups in a set. Do 10 pull ups in a set. Run 5k at a 12:00 pace. Run 5k at an 11:00 pace. Run 5k at a 10:00 pace. Run 5k at a 9:00 pace. Run a half marathon. Run a full marathon. Compete in a triathlon and not come in last. Learn to not suck at swimming.
