Monday, March 22, 2010. Camping in the Desert. Here we are at Lawrence of Arabia's house. The guys had fun rock climbing. Can you see them up there doing their Rocky pose? James enjoyed some rock climbing as well. James, chilling at the Bedouin campsite. We’d been planning this trip for some time. We thought we’d chosen the weekend that would have the best weather. About a week ago, it was sunny and beautiful! Well, a couple days before our trip the weather turned. It was freezing cold! Music to Our Ears.

Friday, April 30, 2010. Not too much has been going on around here. We're working on selling all our stuff and packing up our apartment. It's hard to believe that we leave in less than a month! It's certainly a bitter sweet feeling. Yesterday was my birthday, a nice distraction from all the leaving preparations. Wednesday, August 4, 2010. John's sister, Carol, got married on Saturday. We were so glad to get to be here for not just the wedding, but a lot of the prep as well. It was a beautiful wedding and the reception was a blast! John actually officiated the wedding. He didn’t get anyone’s name wrong, drop the rings, or forget to let everyone sit down. :) He did a wonderful job!
