My all-time favorite baked good is this delicious gluten-free peanut butter chocolate chip cookie. It can be made with different types of mix-ins (including dark chocolate, peanuts, or dye-free chocolate candies - instead of M&Ms) stuffed with peanut butter cups. Peanut Butter Dark Chocolate Bars. 2 cups smooth peanut butter. 2 cups coconut sugar. 2 tsp baking soda.
