I've been standing waist deep in the river for just over an hour waiting. The caddis have been on the water for over an hour and I'm sure a fish will rise in the next half hour. If it doesn't and it rises after then, it will be too dark to see anything anyway? Fish a few night's ago when it came and rolled over my dry caddis imitation, it was. 16 but bigger fish lost.

While having lunch at my daughters home on Saturday I noticed a Peacock Butterfly sunning itself on her garden wall. What's going on? Mid February and butterflies hatching! Below are two pictures.
