Great for a summer picnic! 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour. 3/4 teaspoon baking soda. 3/4 teaspoon baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg. 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter at room temperature. 1 1/2 cups brown sugar. 2 1/2 teaspoons vanilla. 3 1/2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats. Thursday, June 19, 2014. Running, what's that? Wow It's almost the end of June? What is going on? Time is disappearing before my eyes. They were pretty simple and turned out SO good, I ate all the leftovers myself.
