More Human than Human (and getting more Human everyday). To buy or not to buy, that is the conundrum. So the US is in a recession, or not, depending on who you ask/listen to. The housing market is a buyer's paradise meaning it sucks to be a seller. Even rich folks like Jose Coanseco. Worthwhile note, rich! Smart/upstanding) are walking away from their mortgages making it that little bit harder for the regular folks to get decent rates. Were the toys smaller, fewer or what? So, should we take the plunge?

I forget exactly how big it is but it's not very large at all and knowing that 95% of the front yard is actually owned by the county makes it seem that much smaller. Continue walking. Four or five times the request was sent and received that little man needed to be picked up to touch the trees. Once to inspect the long pine needles (but not too close, they tickle! Man, I miss that comic :(.
