Everyday is a good day with Jesus, even the hard ones, shared my grandpa St. John after the passing of his bride of over 60 years. These words rang especially true today. It was going to be good day with a hard moment. Today Dad and I were to spread some of Mom’s ashes in some of her favorite French sites. Mom, I miss you just the same, but I’m sure you’re more radiant than I can ever imagine. Love you! July 7 – Notre Dame. July 6, 2013.

Many months ago my friends from high school and I decided to gather from all four corners of the earth (and by that I just mean Boston, New York, Kansas City, and Oklahoma) for a mini reunion.
