Wednesday, February 29, 2012. It's a cooking fest! In order to kill two birds with one stone, I have been doing some bulk cooking days this year. I plan, shop and cook "Make ahead meals" in a weekend. This gets my creative juices going and the outcome has been great! When shopping, buy a large container of baby lettuces, cherry tomatoes and a good crusty bread to serve with the recipes. The last menu planned was:-. White Bean and Chicken Chili. Wednesday, December 22, 2010. Now bring us some some figgy pudding. This is the first blog I have written that has made my mouth water! I didn't like Christmas pudding as a child but I always loved the brandy sauce. Now I love it so much, I always make extra sauce and hide myself a helping of pudding for the end of the day (don't worry this isn't a secret my family knows already)!
