Thursday, March 19, 2015. This recipe really is quite simple. The only reason I added berries was because I was out of both bananas and. 1/2 cup plant milk. 1 cup frozen fruit (I used a mixture of strawberries and blueberries). 1 tsp vanilla bean paste (or extract or powder). Bring the milk and berries to a boil and add the oats. Simmer until liquid is absorbed. Stir in the vanilla and allow oats to sit for a minute or two over medium low heat. Serve with topping of your choice. Enjoy! 4 Tissue Paper Mug.
