Fiona Lovelock was born in Nairobi, Kenya, East Africa. In 1965 she moved to England. In 1969 she and her husband moved to Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. Finally, in 1974, they moved to Tucson, Arizona, USA, which is now their permanent home. Fiona has been interested in art, mainly watercolors and drawing, all her life, but only started painting seriously in 1979, after her daughters began school.
